  2. Meanwhile, deep fry the Soya Chaap, or if you prefer, you can cook it like a tikka.
  3. Next, heat 1 tbsp of oil or butter in a pan. Once heated, add the prepared paste and cook for a few minutes. Then, add your fried Soya Chaap to the pan and cook for another 5 minutes.
  4. Finally, garnish the dish with fresh coriander and onion rings for extra flavor.
  5. Optionally, you can serve just the gravy with Rice, Chapati, Naan, or Roti. Additionally, the gravy pairs wonderfully with these sides.
